Where is your office located?

In the future, should in-person services become available, the location of the clinic will be given after the initial appointment is conducted via telehealth. This is with the intent of protecting the safety of clinicians, staff, and current or potential clients.

I need a letter for accessing gender-affirming care. Can you do that and does it require that I go to therapy?

You do not have to go through psychotherapy if you do not want psychotherapy services. If you need a letter of support, this is a service offered when there is availability for scheduling. In order to consider writing a letter, the clinician will need to meet with you to discuss information needed for writing the letter. However, this should not be understood as a requirement of ongoing psychotherapy.

How long does it take to finish a letter for gender-affirming care?

Typically, the turnaround time from the time you meet with the clinician to when the letter is finished is a minimum of 2 weeks. Sometimes, it may take less time to finish the letter; sometimes it may take longer. In general, the goal is a 2 week turnaround time.
